Back to Work

This is one recently re-discovered — still a favourite subject — up to my knees in a wildflower meadow is where I like to be. Both the images here are sold but I would be happy to produce more work on similar lines.

The LUNESDALE ARTISTS STUDIO TRAIL is in May this year, 18th+19th, and 25,26,27th. (11 am till 5pm) I’m very pleased to have been invited to join and show with this distinguished group. My work (around 70 pieces) will be in the OLD LIBRARY on School Hill, High Bentham, LA2 7AB. To view at other times please email me: gill@ipaint.org.uk. All work on show will be for sale, not only originals but also even more affordable small works of art, such as prints and postcards.

Talking of very OLD work, my Bentham Station paintings from 1996 have just been shortlisted for the National Community Rail Awards 2024, gosh.
May Day update: Yup! Won the “Community Creative Projects and Station Arts” . Thanks to all who keep it looking so good. More of this sort of thing!
